Welcome to parlatta!

We are very happy to work with you in the future! A long introduction will not help you nor us grow your business, so let’s get right to it! After you have been successfully onboarded, we will move forward to scaling your operation. An important tool for us to help along the way will be your personal account center.

It will be a vital asset moving forward as it is an individual knowledge space, containing all data and informations gathered from your website as well as portraying the status of security and showing a performance score for mobile and desktop devices.

How do I access my personal account centre?

The process is very easy. You will receive an email invitation to set up your personal parlatta account. After you have clicked on the link and set a password, you are ready to go.

You can type in parlatta.com/ac in your mobile or desktop browser and log in with your email and password.

After that, you will be directed to the parlatta intranet. The dashboard there shows your site and a few different symbols below. On the left site, you will see a drop-down menu – this is of no interest to us right now, we will have a look at that later.

How is my personal account centre of use to me?

After you have logged in, you will be directed to the parlatta intranet. The dashboard there shows your site and a few different symbols below. On the left site, you will see a drop-down menu, that is not important to us at this moment, we will look at it later.

When you click on the name of your website in the first element on your dashboard, you

will be directed to the place where the magic happens – the backend of your website. At the top, the menu shows all the different options of collected data at your disposal, from Analytics to Security. For detailed information on each of the sections, select it in the menu. In the ‚Overview’ section, you will be getting all the most important data from each category in a organized and compromised form, allowing you to see the hard facts right away.

What is the most important data provided and where can I see it?
